  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 qt. sweetened fruit, heated

Directions

    Melt margarine in 1 1/2-quart dish. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and milk. Beat well. Pour over top of melted margarine. Do not stir. Pour heated fruit over flour mixture. Bake until pastry rises to top and is brown (375° for approximately 30 minutes).
