- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 large can sliced peaches
- cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place margarine in an oblong baking dish and place dish in oven to melt margarine.

3Pour drained peaches over melted margarine and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. Mix remaining ingredients to form a batter and pour over fruit. Sprinkle cinnamon over all and bake for 35 minutes.

4Serve plain with a sprinkling of powdered sugar or with a dollop of Cool Whip. Serves 8.
