- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
Directions

1Pour sugar over fruit.

2Sprinkle with flour and dot with butter.

3Set aside fruit mixture.

4In large bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.

5Pour batter over fruit, leaving space in the middle and around the edges.

6Bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
