- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 large can drained, sliced peaches or other fruit (of your choice)
Directions

1Melt margarine in deep casserole dish or baking pan.

2Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk.

3Mix well. Pour this batter over melted margarine and add peaches.

4Bake 1 hour at 325°.

5The fruit will sink and the batter will rise to the top.
