- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- approximately 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 to 2 cans sweetened fruit
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients together.

2Add milk and vanilla and stir to make a thick batter.

3Melt butter in preheated oven at 325° in 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Take out and pour batter over butter.

5Do not stir!

6Pour fruit over batter.

7Do not stir!

8Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until crust covers fruit and is golden brown.
