- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. powdered milk
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 large can fruit (peaches, pears or fruit cocktail)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Put a 10-inch skillet in oven with butter to melt.

3Mix flour, sugar, powdered milk, baking powder, salt and juice from fruit.

4Pour into melted butter in a skillet. Pour fruit into center of skillet.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown around outside edge.

6A great recipe for a Dutch oven.
