Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 3 or 4 c. fruit
  • sugar

Directions

    In bottom of 2-quart Pyrex dish, melt butter.

    Mix all other ingredients and pour over melted butter but do not mix.

    Pour fruit over top and sprinkle with sugar.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Delicious served warm with ice cream.
