- 1 cube margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- fruit (any kind)
Directions

1Melt margarine in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and milk.

3Pour over melted margarine.

4Put fruit on top.

5Bake at 350° for about 35 to 40 minutes.

6Batter will rise during baking and cover the fruit (I like cherries or peaches best.)
