Ingredients

  • 5 c. fruit (blueberries, peaches, apples, pears, etc.)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Mix fruit, sugar, flour, lemon juice and vanilla.

    Place in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients, thinning with a little milk if necessary.

    Pour on top of fruit. Bake in preheated 375° oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
