- 5 c. fruit (blueberries, peaches, apples, pears, etc.)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Mix fruit, sugar, flour, lemon juice and vanilla.

2Place in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients, thinning with a little milk if necessary.

3Pour on top of fruit. Bake in preheated 375° oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
