- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 qt. fruit (peaches, blackberries or strawberries)
Directions

1Melt butter in a 12 x 12-inch pan.

2Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.

3Add 1/2 of the butter and milk.

4Pour dough mixture in pan.

5Pour fruit (include juice) over dough.

6Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
