- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine
- choice of canned fruit
Directions

1Melt margarine in bottom of pan.

2Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk and pour over butter in pan.

3Pour fruit on top.

4Bake at 240° for 30 or 40 minutes.
