- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 can fruit filling (apple, etc.)
- cinnamon sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Melt margarine in a baking dish. Combine flour and sugar; add milk.

3Pour into baking dish.

4Add fruit filling, not more than half full.

5Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top, if desired.

6Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

7(Note: You may need to cover the top after the first 20 minutes to prevent batter from overbrowning.)
