- 1 large can peaches or other fruit with syrup
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (if desired)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Put margarine in 10 x 10-inch pan and melt.

3Mix together sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk until blended.

4Pour onto melted oleo, but do not mix.

5Pour fruit with syrup over all.

6Place in oven 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
