- 1 cup flour
- 34 cup milk
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 lb butter (1 stick)
- fresh fruit (peaches, blueberries, apples or cherries)
Directions

1Melt butter in 8 x 8 cake pan.

2Mix remaining ingredients together into pan.

3Spoon sweetened fruit (to taste) over batter.

4Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes.

5(NOTE: if you don't have fresh fruit, you can use frozen but reduce milk to 1/2 cup).
