- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Melt butter in pan or skillet; set aside.

2In medium size bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and milk.

3Pour batter over butter in pan.

4Pour fruit over batter.

5Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
