  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Cream the margarine and sugar. Add eggs and beat well.

    Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.

    Stir in fruit cocktail.

    Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost while still warm.
