- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Mix together sugar, eggs and oil.

2Sift together flour, salt and soda; add the two mixtures together.

3Add one can of drained fruit cocktail and beat 2 minutes.

4Pour into long baking pan.

5DO NOT grease or flour pan.

6Add 1/2 cup coconut sprinkled on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
