- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 medium can fruit cocktail
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Beat sugar and oil until mixed well.

2Add eggs.

3Mix flour, salt and soda.

4Stir in fruit cocktail.

5Beat and pour in tube pan. Sprinkle with coconut on top of cake.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
