  • 2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (regular size) can fruit cocktail

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar together. Add egg and cocktail. Mix all ingredients together. Do not use electric mixer. Bake in 2 layers or in 1 (9 1/2 x 5-inch) pan at 375°.
