- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 small can fruit cocktail with juice
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Beat sugar, oil and eggs together.

2Then add flour, salt, soda and fruit cocktail with its juice.

3Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

4You can add 1/2 cup coconut, if you like.

5Top with Fruit Cocktail Icing.
