  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 can fruit cocktail, well drained
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • whipped topping
