  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail, undrained

Directions

    Beat together eggs, milk, sugar, salt, baking soda, flour and fruit cocktail.

    Pour batter in baking pan and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Cool 10 minutes, then turn out onto serving tray.
