- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Cream sugar, eggs and oil.

2Add dry ingredients with fruit cocktail; mix well.

3Place coconut in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan and pour cake batter on top.

4Bake at 350° about 50 minutes.
