- 2 eggs
- 1 medium can fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1Beat eggs; add fruit cocktail, sugar, flour, soda and salt. Mix well.

2Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

3Sprinkle brown sugar and nut mixture over batter.

4Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

5Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
