  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 13 cup packed brown sugar
  • 13 cup flaked coconut
  • 13 cup chopped nuts
  • 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
  • 12 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup raisins

    In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, white sugar, baking soda, and salt.

    Add eggs and fruit cocktail, including syrup.

    Stir well by hand.

    Pour into a greased 13x9x2 - inch baking pan.

    Combine brown sugar, coconut, and nuts.

    Sprinkle over batter.

    Bake in preheated 350F oven for 40-45 minutes or until it tests done.
