- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb. can fruit cocktail, undrained
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine all ingredients, except nuts and chocolate chips, in a large mixing bowl.

3Blend well at lowest speed.

4Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

5Pour batter into prepared pan.

6Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.

7Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
