  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail and juice

Directions

    Blend all ingredients together and beat until cocktail is soft. Bake in a greased and floured pan (13 x 9-inch) in a 300° oven for 45 minutes or until cake pulls away from pan.
