  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg (unbeaten)
  • fruit from 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1/3 c. juice (from fruit cocktail)
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. walnuts

Directions

    Mix together flour, granulated sugar, soda, salt, egg, fruit and juice.

    Put into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix together brown sugar and walnuts.

    Sprinkle on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
