Ingredients

  • 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
  • 2 small cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 (20 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 1 (20 oz.) can sliced pears
  • 1 large jar maraschino cherries (or 1 c. strawberries)
  • 1 large pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 3 or 4 bananas (add just before serving)

Directions

    Drain fruit well.

    Retain 2 cups juice from oranges and pineapple.

    Make pudding using juice instead of milk.

    Pour over fruit while hot.

    Refrigerate.

    Will keep 7 to 10 days.
