  • 1 box butter cake mix
  • nuts (optional)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 cans pie filling (any flavor fruit)

Directions

    Place pie filling in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Mix margarine with cake mix until crumbly.

    May need to add more margarine.

    Add 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350° or until golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Very quick, easy and inexpensive and delicious.
