Ingredients

  • 2 cans (14 oz/398 mL) peach slices in juice, drained
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) pear halves in light syrup, drained and sliced
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup cold butter or margarine, cubed

Directions

    Place fruit in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

    Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon.

    Cut in butter or margarine until mixture is crumbly and moist; sprinkle evenly over fruit.

    Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes or until topping is crisp and golden.

    Serve warm.

    If desired, top each serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or frozen yogourt.
