  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 carton Cool Whip

Directions

    Cook sugar, juice, butter, flour and egg until thick.

    Cool mixture and fold into Cool Whip.

    (Two cans of pineapple planks will make enough juice for recipe.)
