Fruit Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) box elbow macaroni
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (16 fluid oz.) bottle mayonnaise
  • 2 cans (30 oz.) fruit cocktail
  • 1 small can sliced pineapple, cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 small can sweet corn kernels, drained
  • 1 (16 fluid oz.) bottle sweetened jackfruit, drained and cut lengthwise into smaller strips
  • 1 c. raisins

    Cook macaroni as directed.

    Drain in a colander.

    In one big bowl, mix macaroni, condensed milk and mayonnaise by using a spatula.

    Blend thoroughly.

    Add the remaining ingredients.

    Mix carefully.

    Chill for about 2 hours or overnight.

    Serve cool.
