  • 3 pkg. (170 g each) Baker's Premium 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate
  • 2/3 cup Back to Nature Trail Mix - Almonds, Raisins, Cranberries and Pistachios, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup crystallized ginger

    Cover baking pan with parchment or waxed paper.

    Microwave chocolate in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 3-1/2 to 4 min.

    or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring every 2 min.

    Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

    Pour onto prepared baking pan; spread to form even layer.

    Sprinkle with trail mix and ginger.

    Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

    Break into pieces.
