- 2 c. whole dates
- 2 c. whole pecans
- 2 c. whole Brazil nuts
- 2 c. candied cherries
- 2 c. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix all dry ingredients. Divide in 4 parts and shape in long rolls on lightly floured Saran Wrap.

3Put on cookie sheet in refrigerator or freezer overnight.

4Add fruit after you mix dry ingredients.

5Slice thin and bake at 350° for 12 minutes. Dough is very stiff.
