- 1 large Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 to 9 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. peach or apricot preserves
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. warm water
- grapes
- bananas
- strawberries
- kiwi
- pineapple, drained
Directions

1Spray pizza pan with Pam.

2Slice cookie dough in 1/2-inch slices and place in pan.

3Press dough together.

4Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375°.

5Do not overbake.

6Cool.

7Mix cream cheese (room temperature) and powdered sugar, then add thawed Cool Whip.

8Spread over cooled baked cookie dough.

9Arrange fruit in circles around pizza.

10Mix water and preserves and brush over top of fruit; coat fruit well.

11May prepare dough and cheese mixture ahead.

12Two to three hours before serving, add fruit.
