- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerator sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- fruits (banana slices, kiwi slices, halved grapes, halved strawberries and blueberries)
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade, peach or apricot preserves
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Freeze cookie dough 1 hour.

2Slice into 1/8-inch slices.

3Line foil lined 14-inch pizza pan with slices, overlapping edges slightly.

4Bake at 375° for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.

5Invert onto serving plate; carefully remove foil.

6Invert to right side.

7Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended.

8Spread over crust.

9Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer.

10Glaze with combined marmalade and water; chill. Cut into wedges.
