- 1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves
- 1 pineapple ring
- 1/2 c. raspberries
- 1 pt. strawberries, halved
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 c. red currant jelly
Directions

1Sugar cookie dough needs to be room temperature.

2Pat into a 12-inch pizza pan.

3Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

4Cool.

5Put cream cheese in a small bowl, heat in microwave on Low for 2 minutes. Stir in 4 tablespoons sugar.

6Spread on crust.

7Drain apricots, reserving 2/3 cup syrup.

8In 4-cup glass measure, combine cornstarch, remaining sugar and spices.

9Stir in reserved syrup and jelly.

10Cook, uncovered, on High in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes until boiling.

11Arrange fruit on top of pizza, beginning in center with pineapple rings, arrange raspberries around pineapple, then apricot halves and then strawberries.

12Spoon syrup over fruit; chill.

13Cut into wedges.
