Ingredients

  • pizza shell, precooked
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • assorted fruit of your choice (strawberries, kiwi, bananas, apples, blueberries, peaches, etc., etc.)
  • 2/3 c. apple juice
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Bake pizza shell for 5 minutes.

    Microwave the cream cheese at half power for 1 1/2 minutes, then add the 1/4 cup sugar and lemon rind.

    Mix thoroughly and spread on pizza crust.

    Arrange the fruit on top of the spread.

    Mix the apple juice and cornstarch together and microwave on High for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until transparent.

    Pour this glaze on fruit and serve.
