  • 1 c. rice (uncooked)
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 c. diced peaches
  • 1/2 c. diced cherries
  • 1 container whip cream
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Cook rice in the 2 cups of water until tender, about 15 minutes.

    Add the other ingredients when the rice is cool.
