- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (20 oz.) can fruit pie filling

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large bowl, mix all ingredients except pie filling.

3Spread half of batter in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased pan.

5Dollop remaining batter over fruit, covering as much of the filling as possible.

6Swirl in batter; uncovered fruit peeking through can be expected.

7Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is browned.
