- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs or substitute
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 small cans fruit pie filling (any fruit)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Spread half of batter to 2/3 of batter on bottom of jelly roll pan.

3Top with fruit (I usually use two different kinds like:

41/2 cherry and 1/2 apple).

5Drizzle rest of batter on top of fruit filling.

6Work in with fruit.

7Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
