- 8 slices whole grain bread
- 1/2 c. fruit spread (any flavor)
- 2 Tbsp. crushed walnuts
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Cut crust from bread and lay slices flat.

3Roll with rolling pin until flat.

4Spread 1 tablespoon of fruit on each piece of bread.

5Sprinkle with cinnamon and walnuts. Roll slices of bread and place, seam down, on cookie sheet.

6Bake for 20 minutes.

7Enjoy.

8Yields 8 rolls.
