- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. mixed dried fruit bits
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- dash of ground nutmeg
- 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas, cut in half
- skim milk
- brown sugar (if desired)
Directions

1In small saucepan combine fruit, water, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

2Bring to a boil.

3Remove from heat.

4Cover and let stand about 15 minutes or until cool.

5Stir.

6Meanwhile, wrap tortilla halves tightly in foil.

7Heat in a 350° oven for 10 minutes. Remove half of tortilla halves from foil.

8Keep remaining tortilla halves wrapped until needed.

9Spoon a tablespoon of fruit along cut edge with milk.

10Press gently to seal.

11Place tortilla rolls, seam side down, about 1 inch apart in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.

12Brush lightly with milk.

13Bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes or until edges begin to brown.

14Sprinkle top with brown sugar if desired.
