Ingredients

  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 6 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained and juice saved
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
  • drained pineapple juice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot, peach or orange gelatin

Directions

    Combine pineapple juice, eggs, sugar and flour.

    Cook over low heat until thick, about 5 minutes.

    Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.

    Cool before adding orange sections, bananas, pineapple and marshmallows.

    Chill in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
