  • 1 large unsweetened pineapple chunks
  • 1 small vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 2 bananas
  • any fresh fruit (grapes, maraschino cherries, peaches, etc.)

Directions

    Drain pineapple and add enough mandarin orange juice to make 1 1/2 cups juice.

    Cook pudding with juice slowly until it comes to a boil.

    It will thicken as it cools.

    Cool thoroughly.

    Spoon pudding over fruit as you layer it in a bowl.

    If pudding is too thick, thin it by adding juice that is left over.

    Serve.
