- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 3 large oranges, peeled and cut in chunks
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- fresh fruit as desired: apples, bananas, pears, grapes, whatever is in season
Directions

1Combine pineapple (with juice) and oranges.

2Chill in refrigerator overnight.

3The following day, drain well, reserving liquid.

4Cook liquid with sugar and cornstarch, over low heat, until thickened.

5Cool.

6Blend the thickened liquid with oranges and pineapple.
