  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in natural juices
  • 1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. cook and serve vanilla pudding
  • 1 qt. mixed fresh fruit chunks (apples, bananas, oranges, strawberries, grapes, pears, etc.)
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/3 c. flaked coconut (may be omitted)
  • whipped topping (if desired)

Directions

    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
