Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz.) unsweetened pineapple chunks
  • 2 cans (11 oz.) mandarin oranges
  • 1 or 2 apples, cut in chunks
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 pkg. (4 3/4 oz.) vanilla pudding mix (cook and serve type)
  • grapes or other fruits of choice (canned peaches, pears or cherries)

Directions

    Drain canned fruit and put juice into a heavy 1-quart saucepan.

    Add pudding mix and cook until mixture becomes clear. Cool. Add all fruit to sauce when cool.

    Fold together and chill.
