Ingredients

  • 1 c. canned sliced peaches, drained (reserve liquid)
  • 1 c. canned chunk pineapple, drained (reserve liquid)
  • 2 c. mandarin oranges or fruit cocktail, drained (reserve liquid)
  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 1 pkg. jello (any flavor)
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. quick tapioca
  • 3 c. juice (add enough water to make 3 c.)

Directions

    Bring to a boil the pudding, jello, tapioca and liquids, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes.

    Let stand 5 minutes. Pour over fruit.
